They provide inexpensive services and they are available at most sites. they are very easy to create and  they modify on the spot , they do record the comment from the audience . they are combine with high- tech visual in the same presentation , in spite of all these it also have some cons  because first of all , they required graphic talent. this optionn is only better for less audience , its hard for larger audience to see. . Prepared flip charts are cumbersome to transport and transport and easily worn with use.
